While attending Sam Houston State University, Jacob Slott founded Slott Construction, Inc. in 2005. Graduating with bachelor's degree in Ag Business from SHSU, Jacob continued to grow Slott Construction, Inc. to the company it is today. Jacob is a family man with a wife and two kids.

Greg Buckner oversees the day-to-day operations of Slott Construction. He has a wife and two kids. Greg brings 15 years of experience to Slott Construction as the operations specialist of construction supervising the operating, estimating, and coordinating of the construction division.
